Why subscribe?

Hello & welcome to my newsletter, Arth (अर्थ).  Arth is a beautiful Sanskrit word that translates to "meaning" or "purpose". It is also the name of my Sourdough starter.

Through this fortnightly newsletter, I want to share all that I learn on my quest to create food that is driven by conscious living and socially responsible consumption. I also aim to share my learnings about simplifying processes and techniques to make food that my brain is always so curious about.

My focus will be on breads (Sourdough and more), ferments, seasonal foods and occasionally about Indian cuisine, of course!
